..out of realm in this genre. I don't know if its just me but I can't stop bumping it. My friends know I never really cared for this guy based on previous work. But I thought I give "none shall pass" a listen.
I'm glad I did.
The arrangement of hooks, and outros, bridges, etc is very innovative. The DJ blends perfect with the cuts. Every song is very detailed with the mixing. I can't say enough. He could be rapping in another langauge and I would still rave. The beats and production is that on point.
IDK, I still can't listen to any of his other stuff, but this LP is def. A new standard of how to approach music. Its not about a dry vocal over a 5 min loop anymore. Its not just drums,, horns, and strings.
Its almost 2008, act like it.
