Condoms on my windshield

So I woke up this morning to find my car with a few single wrapped condoms on the windshield . They wernt open. One was placed under the wiper arm. I think I know who did it. I had the car parked on the side of the street, not my drive way, so someone must have walked by and did it.

There is this hot 13,14,15 year old girl. I don't know how old she is exactly but she dresses like a grown ho. I see her on my street. She'll walk by all the time with a new young kid but always eyeing me. Saying hi. Saying hi to my dog.

I think its her though. She must have went to a clinic and got free condoms. She always walks by my house on the way to the corner store late at night. I don't even think she is in school. Anyway, I know its not right hollering at her, but lemme loosely quote David Cross, "I think the legal fucking age should be 15. They are already fucking at 13. Why should a pimply face 16 year old have sex and bust in 2 minutes with her but I can't. I'm a grown man with skills."
